Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty


We stand behind everything we make.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Velomacchi, you can return it for repair, replacement or a refund.

Items that have been damaged through improper use, alteration, or in an accident are not subject to the satisfaction guarantee.

We can only accept sales returns on products purchased directly from our website (www.velomacchi.com).  Products purchased from third party retailers must be returned to the original retailer in accordance with such retailer’s purchase and return policies.

We never charge a restocking fee to our customers.

If a product is found to be defective and requires repair or replacement, we will send you a return label to ship the product back to Velomacchi with emailed instructions. Repairs may take up to 6 weeks. Should a product be found not to be repairable, a new replacement will be sent within 2 weeks of receiving your faulty product.

Velomacchi is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
