Shipping & Returns

For Returns or Warranty submissions, read information below and *fill out form* to submit your Return or Warranty authorization request. 

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are normally fulfilled within 1-3 business days - Busy holidays or promotion sale periods may need additional time to fulfill orders.

If you have a specific shipping need or time frame to receive product, please send us an email inquiry and after confirmation has been given to you by Velomacchi customer service, we will make every reasonable effort to get the package to you within your time frame.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for packages once delivered (ie. theft, incorrect address given, etc). Velomacchi will make all reasonable efforts to assist customer with insurance claims and subsequent product replacement once completed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Velomacchi primarily ships domestically with Fed-Ex, UPS, and US Postal Service. There is an option at checkout to choose USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping, or select your preferred carrier for expedited options. PO Boxes can only be shipped to via USPS. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

PLEASE NOTE: International couriers are experiencing substantial delays, sometimes up to 4-8 weeks. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of international shipping for couriers world-wide. The shortages in staffing, transportation delays, and changes to Customs requirements are pervasive and disruptive to both our customers and our ability to service our customers at the level we aspire to.

These circumstances are outside of our control and there is nothing that we can do to improve the international delays for our customers. Velomacchi does not control the high pricing quotes that customers are being quoted from the couriers - we do not mark up shipping costs. 

International customers may find better ship times and rates for Velomacchi products from our world-wide authorized retailers, as we have retail partners throughout Europe, Asia, and North America:

US RETURNS + WARRANTY REQUEST PROCESS

  1. START by filling out the Returns Form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Choose Return or Repair from the Reason for Inquiry dropdown menu or add Return Authorization the subject line.
  3. Explain the reason for returning the item.
  4. Velomacchi will review your return or warranty request within 30 days.
  5. If approved, you will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label that you can print along with a return packing slip to include in your package. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the total value of your refund. However, you will not be charged for shipping if you are returning your product due to warranty claim.
  6. All return shipments must include: Any original tags or packaging with your product return; Your name and order number.
  7. Velomacchi will provide a full product refund (minus the cost of original shipping) after the returned item is received in our warehouse or when we are notified via tracking that the package is en-route. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing refund or exchange. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + WARRANTY REQUEST PROCESS

  2. Choose Return or Repair from the Reason for Inquiry dropdown menu or add Return Authorization the subject line.
  3. Explain the reason for returning the item.
  4. Velomacchi will review your return or warranty request within 30 days.
  5. If approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Velomacchi and extra customs fees that you may incur to ship. Please note: mark your customs paperwork as “return merchandise”. 
  6. All return shipments must include: Any original tags or packaging with your product return; Your name and order number.
  7. Velomacchi will provide a full product refund (minus the cost of original shipping) after the returned item is received in our warehouse. Please allow 5-7 days for processing.

REFUNDS FOR RETURNED PRODUCT

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be made to the original payment type. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
