Velomacchi primarily ships domestically with UPS and US Postal Service. There is an option at checkout to choose USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping, or select your preferred carrier for expedited options. Please note that PO Boxes can only be shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped primarily with either USPS or UPS.
If you have a specific shipping need or time frame to receive product, please send us an email inquiry and after confirmation has been given to you by Velomacchi customer service, we will make every reasonable effort to get the package to you within your time frame.
We stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Velomacchi, you can return it for repair, replacement or a refund.
Items that have been damaged through ordinary wear and tear or through improper use, alteration, or in an accident are not subject to the satisfaction guarantee.
We can only accept returns on products purchased directly from our website (www.velomacchi.com). Products purchased from third party retailers must be returned to the original retailer in accordance with such retailer’s return policies.
We never charge a restocking fee.
Should you find that you need to make a return, please email us at email@example.com and write "return authorization" in the subject line.
Email requests should include the name of the product, date purchased, reason for return and whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, or refund. If applicable, photo attachments showing any issues are appreciated.
You will be provided with a pre-paid return shipping label that you can print or email to yourself along with a return packing slip to include in your package. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the total value of your refund. However, you will not be charged for shipping if you are returning your product because it is defective or broken and in compliance with our satisfaction guarantee.
Please return all product packaging and tags, and include your shipping invoice or other proof of purchase, with your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be made to the original payment type. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
If a product is found to be defective and requires repair or replacement, we will send you a return label to ship the product back to Velomacchi with emailed instructions. Repairs may take up to 4 weeks. Should a product be found not to be repairable, a new replacement will be sent within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions of our satisfaction guarantee, the return may be declined and the item returned to you.
Velomacchi is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
